Variety Everyday
No day is ever the same at CPS, and the working atmosphere is a hard-working, but fun-filled space. You can catch what a day in the life looks like over on our TikTok, or YouTube. Each customer or client has their own individual needs, their requirements are different, and some require bespoke generator manufacturing. Although you may spend some of your time visiting different customers on sites – that is also rewarding, and comes with many benefits, for example our servicing engineers are always rewarded with dairy ice cream on the job at one of our favourite servicing locations. A healthy balance of variety and routine keeps the job interesting.

We understand people have commitments, that’s why we offer flexible work patterns. Full-time and part-time hours are available across a variety of days to suit you. Whilst we love everyone to be in the office, it isn’t always possible, so we promote a together to achieve a healthy work/home life balance.

Friday’s mean fun for CPS, we have a table tennis table, where we let our hair down and have a fun Friday tournament! We recognise hard work, and we like to celebrate both personal and business successes. Everybody looks forward to our quarterly celebrations, where we enjoy an all-expenses paid activity or day/night out.
